G-Eazy at Stubb’s outdoor. The Bay Area rapper with the slicked-back, rockabilly bad boy look scored big with his new album “When It’s Dark Out,” released late last year. A tightly wound collection of sharp, often confessional, verses over ominous, cinematic grooves, the album sold over 100,000 copies in its first week out and the 26-year-old rapper has been swiftly selling out shows across the country, including his Austin appearance, on the supporting tour. Also: English pop singer Jess Glynne brings the tour for her Atlantic Records debut “I Cry When I Laugh” to the Parish with Conrad Sewell. … Hotel Vegas begins a month of Tuesdays featuring former New York Dolls member Sylvain Sylvain, with guests the Dikes of Holland and the Bluebonnets. … A new regular Tuesday gig is the 6:30 p.m. Antone’s show by the aptly named Antone’s Trio, featuring Denny Freeman, Sarah Brown and Corey Keller. … Other top local options include Rosie Flores and Toni Price at the Continental Club, Apostles of Manchaca at Strange Brew and Jazz Inc. Big Band at the Brass House.
