Questlove, Blackillac, Girlpool added to Hot Luck Festival lineup

Hot Luck Festival, the food and music festival founded by Aaron Franklin of Franklin Barbecue, Mohawk owner, James Moody  and Mike Thelin, founder of Feast food festival in Portland has expanded the sampling of sounds available at the fest.

New events added include a DJ set by Questlove, on Sunday, May 27 at the Mohawk, a show from indie rock duo Girlpool at Barracuda on Thursday, May 24 and a show from Blackillac, the new hip-hop project featuring rappers Zeale and Phranchyze with production from Gary Clark Jr. on Saturday, May 26 at Barracuda.

This will be the first time the group, that stormed onto the local scene in March, will perform with a live band in Austin, and they promise  special guests.

Individual tickets priced from $15-$30 are available for each of the concerts.
